Get your hands on a 2010 Brunello today

The rolling hills of Tuscany provide a perfect backdrop to the finest wine region in Italy, and perhaps all of Europe. Home to classic ‘Super Tuscan’ wines including Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino, Tuscany produces an array of internationally recognisable wines shaped from its signature red grape, Sangiovese.
Brunello di Montalcino is considered one of the most revered of all Sangiovese wines, and its 2010 vintage is amongst the best in recent memory. The diverse growing conditions of Montalcino, with erratic summer temperatures and average rainfall combined with a drop in altitude from 1,969 to 320 feet above sea level, makes for unrivalled variety.
The 2010 vintage is indeed a year for the ages, with perfect growing weather enhancing the maturation process and lending itself to a rich and fruity flavour with powerful tannins. You only have to listen to Co-CEO of Banfi Vintners, Christina Mariani-May, to learn of its beauty:

Drift Dining and Bar is hosting their monthly Decanted session this Friday with customers able to taste and purchase the 2010 Brunello di Montalcino courtesy of our friends from Castello Banfi.
We'll be tasting the 2010 Brunello Vintage as the pièce de résistance, expertly paired with our hickory smoked duck with cumin spiced carrot puree, plus four other wines supplied by the team at Banfi Vintners.
