Adopting the art of mindful cooking and ethical eating, Benjamin enjoys developing easy and flavorful vegetarian recipes for the modern home cook. His culinary journey took him to explorations in baking, cooking Asian and Western cuisines as well as mixing up flavors from both worlds. Along the way, he founded Ardent Fine Sauces, a range of vegetarian-friendly sauces that promotes healthy eating and cooking with ease. With his creative background in advertising and branding, he takes passion in plating his food as he believes in a feast of the senses starting from visual to taste. He is always playing with flavors and developing new vegetarian recipes that apply traditional techniques to fusion flavors. Benjamin holds a firm belief in eating healthy can be flavorful and vegetarianism is the way forward.
