What Is Your Favourite Thing About Drift?
I love learning about different kinds of wine and the different techniques of serving wine off Rob. One day I’d love to be a professional sommelier like him.
What Is Your Favourite Wine?
Brunello di Montalcino. I always love Italian wines, they are my favourite. Brunello di Montalcino is affordable and elegant to drink. A nice full body wine that pairs well with many dishes and to drink on its own.
What Is Your Favourite Dish At Drift?
Crab Claw, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil Pesto Tagliatelle and Fresh Irish Oysters. My favourite is always seafood, I love pesto sauce as well, plus I am an Italian at heart. Not to mention this dish pairs well with a heavy red, such as Brunello di Montalcino. ;)
What Do You Like To Do Away From Work?
I’m crazy about the beach. I love going to the beach, having a drink and sun baking. It’s perfect.
Where Do You See Yourself In 10 Years?
I would like to own a restaurant one day.
What Motivates You At Work Each Day?
I really enjoy meeting and talking to new customers and interacting with them. Most of them remember me when the come back the next time as I try and have fun and make their experience more enjoyable.
