Almost 1 year.
What Do You Do At Drift?
I work as floor staff.
Where Were You Working Before Drift?
I used to work in Changkat at the Magnificent Fish and Chip Shop.
What Is Your Favourite Thing About Drift?
I really like the people here. Especially my boss and colleagues. They make it very easy for me to work here. Drift is like my second home, everyone here is like my family.
What Is Your Favourite Wine?
Yering Station Pinot Noir. It’s a lighter red with nice body, easy to drink and has nice body with spice and cherry flavours. Also, it goes with almost all menu items and you can order it by the glass.
What Is Your Favourite Dish At Drift?
It has to be the signature dish; Baby Pork Ribs. I love it and I recommend it to all our customers. Also, the Truffle Mushroom Arancini balls are delicious, the salad cream, and Parmesan cheese on top make it perfect. Yum. A great starter dish, or if you are one person you can order and finish it all yourself! Top it off with a Yering Station Pinot Noir and it’s perfect. I can’t pick one, I love them all.
Where Do You See Yourself In 10 Years?
It is my dream to have my own business. A small bar — not a really big bar — back home. That way I can spend more time with my family.
What Motivates You At Work Each Day?
It is very comfortable to work here. Everyone is so happy. I am here to support my family and if they are happy, then I am happy too…..especially my mother. I am very happy to work and make money for my mother and my family.
