You asked for it, and here it is! Drift Dining and Bar, a modern Australian restaurant that is located in the heart of KL, nestled behind Hotel Istana - near to Changkat Bukit Bintang, has made some great additions to their menu items.

The design, layout, and aesthetics of the restaurant are of world-class quality. Drift Dining and Bar offers a unique meal sharing approach which makes it the perfect go-to place for lunch, dinner, and drinks.

The restaurant which defines 'Drift' as 'a slow continuous movement with friends from one flavour to the next', has all it takes to be a well-loved favourite spot for quality minded people from its homemade, local ingredients, to its caring staff.

Drift Dining and Bar is open seven days a week, with lunchtime from 12- 4 pm and dinner starting 6 pm until 11 pm last order.

Below is the list of items that have been added to Drift’s menu:

1. Pate: House Made Chicken Liver Pate, Preserved Beetroot, Wild Rocket Salad, Apricot Raisin Chutney and Sesame Cracker.

2. Sausage Roll: Oven Baked Puff Pastry Filled Pork Short ribs, Apricot Raisin Chutney, and Basil.

3. Pork Slider: Mini Brioche Bun Filled Butter Soy Glazed Pulled Pork Short ribs, Baby Mayo Cabbage Slaw, and Red Chilli Mint.

4. Sweet Potato Gnocchi: Pan Fried Dumpling of Sweet Potato, Brown Butter, Sage, Portobello Mushroom, Pea and Gorgonzola Cream Sauce.

5. Wild Rocket Salad: Balsamico Vinaigrette Dress with Wild Rocket Salad, Parmesan Cheese, Shaved Cucumber, Semi-dried Tomato, and Pangrattato.

6. Salmon: Pan Seared Fillet of Salmon, Roasted Portobello Mushroom, Semi-dried Tomato, Cashew nut Cream Sauce, Cucumber, and Wild Rocket Salad

7. Barramundi: Pan Seared Fillet of Barramundi, Roasted Shallot Puree, Sautéed Vegetables and Beetroot Chips.

8. Manila Clam: Sautéed Clam with Saffron Cream, Fresh Chili, thin Slice of Serrano Ham, Truffle Oil and Italian Herbs Bread.

9. Duck Breast: Pan Seared Marinated Duck Breast with Preserved Beetroot and Sautéed Vegetables, Spice Red Wine Sauce.

DESSERTS

1. Cheese Cake: Unbaked Chilled Cheese Cake with Butter Cookie, Gooseberry, and Raspberry Coulis

2. Chocolate Pudding: Chocolate Pudding with Walnut Honey Crumble and Raspberry Coulis

LUNCH SPECIAL

1. Truffle Scramble Egg: Scramble Egg, Truffle Butter, Serrano Ham, Wild Rocket Salad and Toasted Bread

2. Tiger Prawn Omelette: Omelette With Tiger Prawn, Enoki Mushroom, Red Cabbage Salad, Lobster Mayo and Toasted Bread

3. Linguine Tiger Prawn: Linguine Pasta with Tiger Prawn, Cherry Tomato, Wild Rocket Salad and Spicy Prawn Oil.

4. Sweet Potato Gnocchi: Pan-fried Dumpling of Sweet Potato, Brown Butter, Sage, Portobello Mushroom, Pea and Gorgonzola Cream Sauce.

Sunday Brunch Menu – This changes every first Sunday of the month and this menu is for the 1st Sunday of next month (i.e., 4th of March).

1. Fine D Clair Oyster: Freshly Shucked Oyster and Mignonette Sauce.

2. Tiger Prawn: Poached Tiger Prawn and Thousand Island Sauce.

3. Smoked Salmon Benedict: Smoked Salmon, Asparagus, Poached Egg on Brioche Truffle Hollandaise Sauce

4. Pork Cotoletta: Crumbed Pork Fillet, Asian Slaw, and House Chip

5. Green Papaya Carrot Salad: Drift Style Juliene Green Papaya, Carrot, Cherry Tomato and Spicy Bean Paste Dressing.

6. Pan Seared Duck Breast: Pan Seared Duck Breast Glazed With Honey, Balsamic, and Orange Fennel Salad.

7. Roasted Lamb: Spice Rub Roasted Lamb Leg, Baby Green Bean Salad, and Anchovy Lamb Sauce.

8. Lamington: Australia Style Spong Cake Coated Chocolate Sauce and Desiccated Coconut.

BBQ MENU - Weekend only Friday to Sunday

1. BBQ King Prawn: BBQ Grilled Tiger Prawn.
